Order Process and Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Products

We sell digital products including Figma plugins. All products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment you will receive a licence key by email, which unlocks the relevant product features.

Licence

Each purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, lifetime licence to use the product for your own commercial and personal projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the product or its licence key with third parties.

Intellectual Property

All products, including source files, code, and documentation, remain the intellectual property of AQFDESIGN UNIPESSOAL LDA. Purchase does not transfer ownership or any intellectual property rights.
