Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all digital products sold by AQFDESIGN UNIPESSOAL LDA, VAT PT517904306, Portugal, trading as Décima Design. All payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a full refund on any purchase made within 30 days of the original order date, no questions asked.

To request a refund, email support@decima.design with your order number. Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Digital Content and Licence Revocation

By completing a purchase of digital content you acknowledge that you are aware of your 30-day right to a refund. Upon refund your licence key will be revoked and access to Pro features will be disabled. You agree to cease use of the product once a refund has been issued.

EU / EEA Withdrawal Rights

If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. Our 30-day guarantee exceeds this statutory minimum. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@decima.design.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued after the 30-day window has passed, or where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeated purchases and refunds of the same product).

Complaints

If your issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate to the Portuguese consumer dispute resolution body, Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (CACCL), or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Paddle as Merchant of Record

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, who acts as Merchant of Record. For billing disputes you may also contact Paddle directly via paddle.com.
